Creative thinking isn’t a gift – it’s a skill everyone can learn

How does it work?
Samsung Solve for Tomorrow is a free, curriculum-linked programme and national competition for 11-18-year-olds at secondary schools and colleges across the UK and Ireland.
Students create a tech-for-good idea from one of three categories:

Smarter Sport
Tech that makes sport more fun, inclusive and helps everyone perform at their best.

Greener Future
Tech that protects our planet and helps us live more sustainable lives.

Safer Online
Tech that keeps us connected, confident and in control.
The resources have been designed to be delivered flexibly to support your students’ needs.
- Run over several form-time sessions
- Deliver in 1–2 lessons
- Use as an enrichment activity or STEM day
- Set the challenge in assembly and complete at home
“I’d encourage any teacher to introduce their students to the programme – it challenges them to think creatively and apply STEM skills, and may even spark future career aspirations!”
– Head of Computing at Byrchall High School
